The developers of Liberty Park were looking for help to market their next phase of commercial construction, The Bray. Envisioned to become the heart of the Liberty Park community with shops and restaurants, I knew that further refining the story and imagery was imperative to garner the appropriate tenant mix.
When designing both the digital and printed brochures, I imagined drawing on the comfortable, yet upscale environment that Liberty Park has become. To do this, I displayed stock and real photography as Polaroids, applied rough paper textures, and included hand-painted treatments to the existing architectural plans. This style was carried over into the refreshed Liberty Park logo and website.
