The Denham Building sits at one of Birmingham's most compelling intersections — steps from Railroad Park and Regions Field, in a corridor that's become a destination for the city's food, entertainment, and culture scene. With prime ground-floor retail space available, the goal was straightforward: put the right tenants in front of the opportunity and make the location impossible to overlook. Working within the building's existing brand system, I developed a leasing campaign designed to communicate the space's potential to restaurant and retail prospects — across both digital and physical touchpoints.

Leasing Brochure

The centerpiece of the campaign was a commercial leasing brochure built for a sophisticated tenant audience. I designed a custom neighborhood map to orient prospects within the broader district context — illustrating walkability, nearby anchors, and the density of foot traffic that makes the location compelling. The brochure carried the building’s established visual identity while giving brokers and prospects a polished, print-ready leave-behind.

Window Graphics

To activate the space itself as a leasing tool, I designed window graphics for the available storefront — turning vacant square footage into a visible, on-brand signal of opportunity. The mockup balanced brand consistency with enough visual presence to stop foot traffic on the street.
